Travel plans can change, and you might need to change your booking. For example, you may want to reschedule for a different date. Please note that we will only be able to accommodate your requests if we have the availability and operational capacity. Bear in mind that extra charges or price adjustments may apply.
Indie Campers Fleet Bookings:
- Modifications such as changing pick-up and drop-off times, adding extras, protection plan, or KM/mileage packages can be made directly on the online check-in (starting 17 days before the pick-up). Protection plan and Mileage package can still be upgraded at the pick-up moment. Extras will be subject to availability.
- For modifications that involve changing dates, model or location (pick up city or drop off city): " Submit a chat” for booking changes, indicating the modifications you want to see reflected on your booking.
Marketplace Bookings:
If you have a booking with a marketplace host and you wish to change the booking, here are the steps:
- Contact your host directly via private message with your change request.
- If your host accepts the proposed change, you should submit a request and attach a screenshot of the host confirmation. Please note that your booking price may be affected according to the new dates chosen.
- Once we have confirmed your change is possible, you will receive your new booking details and the steps to make your extra payment if applicable.
