Travel plans can sometimes shift, and we understand that you might need to make changes to your booking. Whether it's rescheduling for a different date or adjusting your options, here's how you can do it:
Indie Campers Fleet Bookings:
- Self-service: (NEW!) You can update and pay for the drop-off date/hour change, add extras, upgrade distance package/ insurance plan or cancel your booking in our brand new Client Area (CA) Visit Self-service: Manage Your Booking: How to Modify Drop-off or Cancel a booking for a short step-by-step guide.
- Online Check-in: You can make modifications such as changing pick-up and drop-off times, adding extras, protection plans, or distance packages directly through our online check-in. This can be done starting 17 days before your pick-up date. Please note that protection plans and distance packages can still be upgraded when you pick up the vehicle, and extras are subject to availability.
- Contacting Us: If your modification involves changing dates, models, or locations (pick-up or drop-off cities), or if you need to make changes in the pick-up date, simply send us a message with the phrase "talk to agent" and specify the modifications you'd like to make. We'll do our best to accommodate your request, keeping in mind operational feasibility.
Marketplace Bookings:
- Contact your host: Contact your host directly via private message, explaining the changes you wish to make. For example, adding drivers, or booking extension.
- Host confirmation: If your host agrees to the proposed change, send us a request and attach a screenshot of the host confirmation. Please note that the price of your reservation may be changed according to the new dates.
- Confirmation and payment: Once you confirm that you can make the change, we will provide you with updated reservation details and instructions for any additional payment required.

- Decreased Booking Value: Should any extras or days be decreased from the booking, resulting in a decreased booking value, the Company will not issue a refund for these changes. Please visit our Terms and Conditions for more information.
