Manage Your Booking: Modify Drop-off, Extras or Booking Cancellation

For Indie Campers bookings:

Whether you need to extend your rental period, change the drop-off time, or cancel your booking altogether, our platform makes it simple to adjust your reservation details. This applies for both cases: before pick-up or after pick-up (while on trip). Follow these step-by-step instructions to manage your booking effectively.

How to Access Your Booking

1. Log In to Your Account:

- Click on the profile icon located in the upper right corner of our website.

- Select “My Bookings” from the dropdown menu.

- Ensure you log in using the same email address you used when creating the booking.

2.Verify Your Documentation Promptly: To ensure a smooth booking modification process, check your documentation as soon as possible if it hasn't already been validated. By completing this step in advance, you will be able to make the necessary changes to your booking without delay.

How to Modify Your Booking Drop-off

1. Navigate to Booking Details: Click on “Manage reservation” in My Bookings.

2. Change Drop-off Time or Date:

1. Click on the “Change Reservation” tab.

  1. CAHNGE_CANCEL.png2. To extend the drop-off date, click on your desired day. Only available dates will be selectable, and the daily extension cost will be displayed for each day.

  3. EXTEND.png 3. To change the drop-off time, select a new hour from the dropdown menu. Only available time slots will be shown, along with their respective costs.
  4. 4. Review the changes and the total amount due on the right side of the screen, then click “Pay Now” to proceed with the payment.

How to Modify Your Extras

1. Navigate to Booking Details: Click on “Manage reservation” in My Bookings.

2. Select Manage Extras

1. Click on the “Manage Extras” tab.

  2. 2. Update your additional extras, protection plan and/or distance package.

  5. 3. New outstading value will be calculated in the right side, if you accept proceed in the "Pay Now" button. Payment method alternatives will be displayed, confirmation and changed will be applied when returning to "My Bookings"

3. Confirmation: As soon as the payment has been processed, you will see a confirmation of the changes. If an error occurs, please contact us via the web chat feature located in the bottom right-hand corner of the site.

How to Cancel Your Booking

1. Initiate Cancellation: Click on the “Cancel Reservation” tab within your booking details.

2. Select Cancellation details: Select the reason for your cancellation and choose the type of refund you are entitled to, in accordance with our cancellation policy. You can read more about our cancellation policy here.

3. Confirmation of cancellation: After submitting your cancellation request, a confirmation message will appear stating “Booking cancelled” if your pick-up takes place within the next 30 days Note: You will be refunded in accordance with your cancellation policy, refunds usually take between 10 and 15 days to be available on your account.
