Due to the unique challenges posed by the festival environment, we want to ensure that all our campervans are well-prepared and maintained. Therefore, an additional 750€ playa dust fee will be required for bookings that coincide with the Burning Man festival.
Why is this additional fee required?
The Burning Man festival is held in a harsh desert environment, where the pervasive playa dust can cause significant wear and tear on our campervans. This extra deposit helps cover the costs associated with any necessary extra cleaning and maintenance needed after exposure to these conditions.
Important Reminder:
Please note that if you plan to take a vehicle to the Burning Man festival, it's important to notify us before pick-up. Failure to mention this in advance will result in a 1000€ penalty, and it will void all insurance coverage for the duration of the rental. This helps us ensure that the vehicle is properly equipped and ready for the specific challenges of the event.
