Changes happen, and we understand that your plans may shift after booking your campervan. At Indie Campers, we offer flexibility to make adjustments to your booking according to our policies. Here's what you need to know:
Indie Campers Fleet Bookings:
1. Changes to Your Booking More Than 30 Days Before Pick-Up
If your pick-up date is more than 30 days away, you can request changes to the following:
- Extras
- Mileage package
- Protection plan
- Update pick-up hour (Includes late early pick-up)
- Update drop-off hour (Includes late drop-off)
- Shorten or extend booking (Update drop-off date)
- Upgrade or downgrade your vehicle model
- Pick-up or Drop-off location
Note:
- You can add or remove any of these items. If you remove an item, its cost will be adjusted in your second payment instalment.
- If the updates made are increasing the value of your reservation, it will be confirmed only after a successful payment
2. Changes to Your Booking Within 30 Days of Pick-Up
If your pick-up date is within 30 days, you can still request changes, but with some conditions:
- Extras*
- Mileage package*
- Protection plan*
- Update pick-up hour (Includes late early pick-up)*
- Update drop-off hour (Includes late drop-off)*
- Shorten or extend booking (Update drop-off date)*
- Upgrade or downgrade your vehicle model*
- Pick-up or Drop-off location
Important:
- Changes marked with (*) can be added, removed or updated, but no refunds will be provided for removed items. To learn more about changes please visit our Terms and Conditions for more information.
- If the updates made are increasing the value of your reservation, it will be confirmed only after a successful payment
- All changes are subject to availability and should ideally be requested at least 48 hours before your pick-up time. Requests made with less than 48 hours' notice may not be confirmed.
3. Changes at the Time of Pick-Up
When you arrive for pick-up, you can still make last-minute upgrades or additions, subject to availability:
- Extras*
- Mileage package*
- Protection plan*
- Update drop-off hour (Includes late drop-off)*
- Shorten or extend booking (Update drop-off date)*
- Drop-off location
- Vehicle model upgrade*
Important:

- If the updates made are increasing the value of your reservation, it will be confirmed only after a successful payment

4. Changes while on trip (After Pick-up)
You can still make changes during your trip, but please try to avoid making requests less than 48 hours before your original drop-off time. These last-minute requests can be complex and may not always be accepted. You can request changes to the following:
- Update Drop-Off Hour (Including late drop-off)*
- Shorten or Extend Booking (Update drop-off date)*
- Drop-Off Location**
Note:
- Extras, Mileage package, Protection plan can't be changed after pick-up (while on trip)
- Changes marked with (*) can be added, removed, or updated, but no refunds will be provided for removed items. For more details, please refer to our Terms and Conditions.
- If the updates increase the value of your reservation, they will only be confirmed after successful payment.
- Availability of these options may vary, so it's best to make your requests as early as possible.
- Some drop-off location changes (**) may not be accepted due to international transit laws and vehicle movement restrictions. In such cases, the request will be rejected. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for more information.

Marketplace Bookings:
Each host on our marketplace sets their own rules for what changes are allowed. To request a change, please contact your host directly through a private message, and clearly explain the adjustments you'd like to make.
