Once your payment is completed, your invoice will be ready in your client area, and we’ll also send a copy straight to your email. Just check your inbox after finishing your booking. If you need an invoice with different details, you can request a customized invoice.
To do this, follow these steps:
- Contact our customer support team through the chat on our website.
- Have your updated invoice details ready, including the VAT number, name, and address you want on the invoice.
- Our team will review and validate your request.
- Once approved, you'll receive the updated invoice via email within 15 business days.
