You can update the main driver on your booking by contacting our customer support team. Simply type "talk to an agent" to begin. Our team will request the following information:
- A photo of the new driver's license and ID, clearly showing the name and date of birth.
- Document validation (via Persona) will also be required:
- If the new driver's documents have already been verified, our team will confirm the validation.
- If not, you will be guided through the document verification process, including providing necessary documentation and photos.

For Marketplace Bookings:
To update the main driver for a Marketplace booking, please contact our customer support team by typing "talk to an agent." You’ll need to provide:
- A photo of the new driver’s license and ID, showing the name and date of birth. Our team will then handle the document validation.
