How do I pay tolls or fines?

Any parking tickets, fines, traffic offense penalties, or tolls, occurring during your booking should be paid by you immediately if possible. If an administrative or private or public entity contacts us to settle your tolls and fines, you will be charged the fine/toll value and one of the following administrative fees:

• A fee of 25€ if only the identification of the hirer/driver was legally required;
• A fee of 50€ if Indie Campers had to legally make any payment on your behalf or present any opposition/appeal. This does not prejudice the obligation to reimburse Indie Campers for the total amount paid.

This amount will be charged on your security deposit or if already released, it will be charged on the card you provided to pay for your booking. If we do not manage to charge the associated card, the traveler must provide an alternative card to make this payment.

All unpaid invoices will be added interest, which is the highest legal rate plus a flat fee, corresponding to 20% of the unpaid amount and any compensation for lost profits due by law.
