After your booking is created, you have until your pick-up date to add or remove extras to your booking. Check here the different moments, and ways to add and remove extras from your booking:
Indie Fleet Bookings:
1. Online Check-in (17 days up to 48h before your trip)
After you create your booking you will still be able to add extras once you complete the online check-in.
2. At any time before the pick-up date
You can also add an extra via chat at any time before your pick-up date.
3. On your Pick-up date
We allow travelers to add or remove extras at the time of pick-up.
Please take into account that to provide the exact extras with the features you are looking for (such as dimensions or size), it's important to select them in advance to make sure they're available.
Be aware that the amount already spent on extras is not refundable if removed 17 days before pick-up (related to the cancellation policy). Still, you can use it to support other expenses (such as other extras, mileage, delays, penalties, and others).
Marketplace Bookings:
Please enter direct contact with your host to see if he has any available extras. If you wish to upgrade your Kilometers Package, please open a chat.
