Travellers to whom you respond promptly to their booking request remain satisfied Travellers. The reason: you want to be able to plan your booking safely. We all feel the same. If you do not answer a request within 48 hours, it will expire automatically and will be rejected for no reason. After that, Travellers will start looking for other Vehicles.
Moreover, every response and reaction affects your response rate and response time in your Host profile. We therefore recommend that you always respond promptly to new Booking Requests and at least give Travellers an initial answer. If you constantly fail to answer your Booking Requests in time, we may suspend your listings. Travellers can then no longer find your camper in our search and thus do not run the risk of not receiving an answer to their Booking Requests.
