How does the booking process work for me as a Host?

This section offers you step-by-step instructions for the booking process from a Host’s point of view.

1. Booking Request Received

If a Traveller has found your camper a great fit for his/her holidays and sent a Booking Request, you will receive this Booking Request in the "My Trips" area of ​​your Indie Campers account. See booking details for more details. Upon receipt of the Booking Request, you have 48 hours to respond.

2. Contact

As soon as you are in contact with the Traveller, it is time to clarify all open questions with one another. Inexperienced Travellers, in particular, should be given the best possible support here with assistance, tips and your experience as a camper owner.

3. Booking Request Response

If you have reached an agreement with the Traveller, you can accept or reject the Booking Request. You will be able to answer the Booking Request on your Indie Campers profile under "My Trips". Your vehicle must be reserved to the Traveller from the moment you have accepted the Booking Request, at least, during 48 hours.

4. Booking Confirmation

The Traveller now has 48 hours to proceed with the Payment. The booking is confirmed as soon as it has been paid by the Traveller.
