Reviewed and increased our vehicle quality standard, to secure safety, hygiene and functionality on each trip. Resulting in our biggest ever renovation and improvement of the campervan and RV vehicles fleet.
Reinforced our teams and enhanced our training programs. Guaranteeing that we consistently deliver our high standards of customer service across all our locations and communication channels.
Updated our digital experience, to ensure that you are accompanied throughout your trip and have access to information at all times. From the moment you complete your booking, your client area will provide access to all the manuals of your vehicle and easy communication with our teams.
Improved our feedback collection mechanism. Working towards our premise of continuous improvement, we reinforced how we listen to you at every key moment of your journey, to keep providing you a better experience in each roadtrip.

Our commitment also drives us to be there for you, even in situations where, despite our best efforts, we may fail. During peak times when thousands of travellers are hitting the road at once, our delivery may fall short of your expectations. In those moments, our commitment is to make things right and find solutions as fast as possible so that you can keep enjoying your vacations. We are committed to your satisfaction in such a way that, if we do not abide by the service levels that we have set ourselves to deliver you, we vouch to make amends and compensate accordingly.
