Voucher conditions

If you choose the traveler's voucher, you will receive it upon cancellation of your trip and can redeem it for future trips.

The travel voucher can be used for any destination, with any Indie Campers vehicle (marketplace vehicles are not included) and on any available date, subject to availability, and is valid for 1 year from the date of the cancellation confirmation.

Notes:

The voucher can be used at different times until the expiry date (bookings must be made within the voucher validity dates) and up to the amount available.
If you book a trip for more than the amount remaining on your travel voucher, you will simply have to pay the outstanding amount to confirm your booking.
Only one cancellation request is allowed per booking, which means that you can request a travel voucher once and use it to book a trip with different details, but you will not be able to request a travel voucher again and get any money back for that booking.
The occurrence of unforeseen or unavoidable events for which we are not responsible (e.g. wars, natural disasters, pandemics and strikes) does not prevent the full application of the provisions of the cancellation policy.

How to redeem the voucher?

Step 1: Search

Enter our website's main page.
Here you will find a search bar at the top of the page. Select the location where you wish to pick up the vehicle and your trip's start and end dates.
If you wish to pick-up and drop-off the van in different cities, you should tick the box that says “Drop-off the vehicle in a different city".
Click Search

Step 2: Choose your campervan

Once you have performed your search, you will reach the search page where you can find the available camper vans for the selected dates and locations.
On this page, you can check the basic features of the available campers, the number of passengers, included mileage, and the prices.
Click Continue to learn more about a campervan that catches your interest.

Step 3: Make your Booking

Once you are at the offer page of your selected camper, you can check the full list of features, vehicle details, rules, and available extras.
If you find a model that fits your needs, you are ready to start your booking process:

Booking an Indie Campers fleet campervan:

If you choose an Indie Campers fleet van, the page will present you with 2 options:

Click on Get quote

You will be asked to provide your contact details and receive a detailed price for your booking, valid for 24 hours. You can create various quotes for different models.

Step 4: Redeem your voucher

As soon as you receive the reference number, you can reach out to Indie campers team via live chat and request the team to allocate your voucher to the quote and confirm the reservation.
