What is a promo code?
A promo (or discount) code is a unique code that takes an amount off the original price of a booking. In some cases a promo code can be applied on top of an already-discounted price, depending on the campaign.
Add your code before you pay. A promo code must be entered during checkout, on the Payment Options step, before you confirm your booking. Once a booking is confirmed, a code can't be added and the discount can't be applied afterwards — we're not able to apply codes retroactively. So it's worth having your code ready before you reach the payment step.
How to redeem your promo code
- Search your dates, pick-up location, and van, then log in or create an account when prompted.
- Continue through the checkout steps until you reach the Payment Options step.
- On Payment Options, select "Enter a promo code."
- Type or paste your code into the box and click Apply. The discount is applied to your booking total straight away — check that you can see it before you confirm and pay.

What if my promo code shows an error?
First, double-check the code is entered correctly. A code will only work if all the conditions of its campaign are met, so check things like your dates, the number of nights, or any other restrictions on the offer. To see the full details of a current campaign, click the discount banner at the top of our website.
And if you've already confirmed your booking: unfortunately the code can no longer be applied at that point, as codes can't be added retroactively — this is the most common reason a code won't go through.
