If you're experiencing difficulties signing in or cannot see your booking in the "My Bookings" section, follow these steps to resolve the issues:

Check Your Email Inbox and Spam Folder: Search both your inbox and spam folder for an email from us using the email address associated with your booking. Look for the subject line: "We are happy to welcome you to the family email validation/verification". If you find this email, click on the invite link to validate your email address, then proceed to login.

Login to Your Account: After validating your email, please log in at our login page. This should also allow you to view your bookings under the "My Bookings" tab.

Verify Your Password: If your login attempt fails, ensure that you have entered your password correctly. If uncertain of your password or if you need to reset it, use the "forgot password" link to set up a new one.
- Contact Support: If you do not receive the validation email, or if you are unable to log in or see your bookings after following the steps above, please contact our customer support by selecting "talk to human." We will assist you as quickly as possible.
Note: For a quicker and more seamless login experience, Google account holders are encouraged to use the Google Sign-In option.
