As soon as you know about the delay, you should contact us through the live chat present on our website, by typing "talk to an agent". We will then inform the responsible Operational staff about your delay and apply potential late pick-up/drop-off fees. Get in contact with your host as soon as you know about the delay. Please note that the host can charge additional fees.
