Important Notes:
- The online check-in only applies if your RV's host is Indie Campers.
- You will receive a communication when the online check-in opens between 17 and 15 days before the scheduled pick-up date depending on your cancellation policy.
- During the process of online check-in, if you need additional support, please reach out to us via live chat, available 24/7 by typing "talk to an agent". (usually we reply in less than 15 minutes)

Step 1: Login and access "My Bookings"
To initiate the online check-in, you need to login your account onto our website. You will find it in the main landing page on the top right corner.
Once you login successfully you will be inside the client area, on the left side you will see a navigation bar. Select “My Bookings”
Step 2: Insert Documents (If you already completed this, please jump to Step 3)
Click on the Orange button: “Insert Documents”. You will be prompted to Persona to initiate the documents validation. For Persona troubleshooting please visit What is Persona verification? Troubleshooting and how does it work?
Step 3: Initiate the Online Check-in
Click on the Orange button: “Start online check-in”. You will be prompted to the first step of the online check-in.
Step 4: Complete the steps of the online check-in.
(If while completing these steps you cannot proceed, please reach out to via live chat available 24/7. This is the fastest way, we usually reply in less than 15 minutes)
1 – Reservation Details: In this step you will be able to confirm/change the pick-up and drop-off times. Once completed, please press “Continue”.
2 – Customer Details: In this step you will be able to confirm/change your details. Once completed, please press “Continue”.
3 – Driver details: In this step you need to double check the information previously provided. Once completed, please press “Continue”.
4 – Protection plan: In this step you have the choice to select one of the Protection Plans we have available for your reservation. Please be aware of age limitations. Once completed, please press “Continue”.
5 – Extras: In this step you will be able to select extras (from Essential Travel kit to Gas bottle, Wi-fi, Foldable bikes, etc.). Once completed, please press “Continue”.
6 – Kms/Miles package: In this step you will be able to select the different kms/miles packages we have available for your reservation. Once completed, please press “Proceed to Payment”.
7 – Payment: In this step if there is an outstanding amount to be paid you can select the method of payment. Once completed, please press “Confirm Payment”.
8 – Checklist: In this step you have a checklist to confirm you have everything ready to pick up the campervan on the scheduled pick-up date. (Passport/ID, Driver’s license, Credit/Debit card, Vehicles Specifications, Bank Authorization and Gas Cylinders (if applicable).

9 – Check-in confirmed: You arrived at the end of your check-in and you completed it with success, you now have access to Tutorial videos, information for the pick-up and drop-off (address).
For Marketplace bookings
t the moment, there is no online check-in for Marketplace bookings. Customers will be contacted for document validation for insurance issuance.
