How does the online check-in work?

Please note that the online check-in only applies if your RV's host is Indie Campers.

You will receive a communication when the online check-in opens, 7 days before the scheduled pick-up date. To check in online, upload the necessary documents (IDs, driver’s license) and confirm your details. You can also add extras and other requests such as airport transfer to your reservation, as well as watch detailed vehicle tutorials. At the pick-up, all that remains is receiving your keys and driving off!

If you rented your van through aggregators and provided your email you should be able to do the online check-in, otherwise you should contact customer support by "chat" form to be able to do the online check-in.
