Fees and Compensation Table
This Contract Breaks, Consequences and Fees Table forms part of your Rental Agreement with us and brings together, in a single reference, three things: the fees and charges that may apply to you, the service levels we commit to, and the compensation that may be due where those service levels are not met.
The fees set out below may arise, among other situations, from a breach of the Rental Agreement or from improper use of the vehicle. All amounts are shown in euros (€) for reference and may be charged in the local currency of the rental location at the applicable exchange rate.
The legal framework governing how this Fee Document applies — including its binding nature, its order of precedence relative to the Rental Agreement, and the rules on currency and payment — is set out in Section 1 (Legal Framework and Applicability) below.

| Late Drop-Off Fee | Fee for returning the vehicle late, with delays exceeding 30 minutes from the agreed drop-off time | €50/hour |
| Missing Vehicle Fee | Fee for situations in which you are late for the Drop-Off, failed to give us notification with a reasonable justification within the following 2 hours after the scheduled drop-off time and have missed our attempts of contact | €1000 / calendar day |
| Vehicle Abandonment Fee | Not returning the vehicle to any of our locations or their premises while informing us of the location of the vehicle | €750 |
| Vehicle Relocation Fee | Fee for relocating a Vehicle from the site where it was left to the original booking drop-off site | €500 |
| Unauthorized Remote Drop-off Fee | Doing a remote Drop-off without prior authorization | €200 |
| Missing Key Fee | Vehicle is returned or recovered without its keys | €500 |
| Out of Hours Fee | Delivery of a Vehicle past the normal working hours of the site | Variable according to Depot |
| Toll Identification Fee | Identify the client to the Toll provider | €15 |

| Pet Cleaning Fee | Cleaning animal fur and other debris | € 125 |

| Freshwater Tank Disposal Fee | Fee for empty the fresh water tank at a lawful designated site (Fresh water tank) | €100 |
| Wastewater Tank Disposal Fee | Fee for empty the Wastewater tank at a lawful designated site (Grey Water Tank) | €150 |
| Interior Cleaning Fee | Cleaning Floors and surfaces must be in a condition free of dirt, food residues, spills, and debris | €100 |
| Toilet Cassette Disposal Fee | Fee for emptying toilet cassette | €200 |
| Compartment Cleaning Fee | Fee for emptying and cleaning trash and personal belongings from compartments and drawers | €50 |

Ancillary Replacement Fees
