Do you need your contract or vehicle documents while traveling?
You can now access them directly from your Client Area, without needing to contact support.
What Documents Can You View?
- Rental Contract
- Registration Certificate
- Insurance Document
How to Access Them:
1. Log in to your Client Area
- Click on the profile icon located in the upper right corner of our website.
2. Go to your active booking
- Select “My Bookings” from the dropdown menu.
- Ensure you log in using the same email address you used when creating the booking.
3. Tap the orange “My Documents” button
4. A menu will pop up at the bottom of your screen, like this:
5. Tap any item to view or download it!
- A new tab will open after clicking on the selected document, and the PDF will open on a new tab.
