What are the possible time windows for picking up and dropping off my RV?
If you're renting directly from Indie Campers, available time windows depend on the pick-up/drop-off location. You can select your preferred pick-up and drop-off times during the booking process on our website.
Can I change the pick-up and/or drop-off date or time after booking but before pick-up?
Please note:
- Modifications can only be made to time windows between 9am and 6pm.
- Submitting a request does not guarantee approval — the change is only effective once confirmed.
Important note: Please respect the select time for your Pick-up and Drop-off. Not respecting the time could face penalization fees or extended waiting times, as referred in our Terms and Conditions. To know more visit here.
For Marketplace Hosts:
Standard check-in times for RVs hosted by private owners are from 14:00 to 18:00, with check-out times from 9:00 to 11:00. Adjustments outside these hours, including check-ins from 9:00 to 11:00 and drop-offs between 14:00 and 18:00, are also possible but may involve an extra fee. For specific requirements, we encourage direct communication with the owner.
