(Hosts) Traveller cancellation: what to expect?

As a Marketplace Host, you will be notified immediately when a traveller cancels their booking. The refund process will then follow the cancellation policy you selected when you listed your vehicle. Here's what to expect:

  • Full Refund Scenario: If the traveller qualifies for a full refund based on the timing of their cancellation, Indie Campers will also refund the commission we charged.

  • Partial or No Refund Scenario: If the traveller is not entitled to a full refund (e.g., due to late cancellation), you will still receive your compensation based on the policy you chose. If applicable, the agreed commission will be deducted from the traveller's payment.

Important: Indie Campers ensures that you, as a host, are never compensated less than us in case of a cancellation, aligning with our commitment to fair practices for our partners.
