Model names across regions
Our models follow a two-part naming structure: a base model (like Active, Comfort, or California) plus a variation (like Plus, Compact, Bunk, or Long) that together define the floor plan, for example, an Active Plus or a Comfort Family. We use the same model + variation name worldwide so it's easy to compare vehicles across regions, for example, there's an Active Plus in Europe, one in North America, and one in Oceania.
What changes by region is the vehicle brand behind that name, since we partner with different manufacturers in each market. Photos and descriptions on each regional model page reflect the actual vehicle available there.
Categories and variations
The model names you see represent our internal categorization. These categories are designed so that any vehicle within one shares the same core layout and features. The main variation you may see is the vehicle brand; amenities are generally consistent across the category. We commit to providing the category you book, and design our fleet to keep these differences minimal.
For the most accurate specifications for your exact trip, the details shown at checkout for your selected pick-up location and dates will always reflect what's actually available to you.
