Our pick-up centers don't have customer parking or luggage storage, but you've got good options nearby for both. Here's how to sort each before you set off.
Parking your car during the trip
You can leave your car in public parking near the pick-up center. To find a spot, use the travel apps we recommend on our blog — they'll show parking close to where you're collecting the van.
A couple of things worth planning for:
- For longer trips, think beyond free street parking. Many areas cap how long you can stay in one spot, and a car left on the street for a week or more can risk a ticket or being towed. For multi-week rentals, a paid long-stay car park or a storage facility is the safer choice.
- We can't watch over your car. Wherever you leave it, Indie Campers isn't responsible for your private vehicle while you're away, so choose a spot you're comfortable with and lock up.

Storing luggage you can't take
Pack as lightly as you can — our pick-up centers don't have a storage area for suitcases or bags, and can't take responsibility for belongings left behind. If you've arrived with items you can't bring on the trip, look for a luggage storage or self-storage facility near the pick-up center to keep them safe until you're back.
