Self-service: How do I finalize my second payment or balance other outstanding amounts?

Exciting news! You're almost ready for your trip and just need to settle the remaining amount for your booking. Simply head to your Client Area where you can easily complete the payment and even choose a new payment method if you prefer over the one used for the initial payment. This option is also handy for customers who need or want to update the payment method for the second payment.

1. Log In to Your Account:

- Click on the profile icon located in the upper right corner of our website

- Select “My Bookings” from the dropdown menu.

- Ensure you log in using the same email address you used when creating the booking.

2. Go to your "upcoming trips" and select the trip that needs to be paid:

  - Click on trip that you want to pay

3. You are in your upcoming trip details:

     - Here you will find all details of the rental and the outstanding amount

     - If you want to change extras and details in the booking please follow "online check-in"

     - If all suits you well, you can go on the small invoice icon on the right side or to the  

        register "payments":

4. Finalize your payment with your chosen payment method:

     - You can pay the remaining amount with your credit card. (PayPal payments are also available, depending on the residence country)iScreen Shoter - Google Chrome - 240711123359.jpg

 

Don't worry! If you decide to make changes to your booking after making your payment, you can still do so. Check here for more information.
