If you’d like to see a campervan before confirming your booking or before pick-up, you can request a visit to one of our depots.
Please note that visits are subject to depot availability, which may be limited during busier periods, and must be arranged in advance.
How to request a visit
Please contact us and provide the following information:
- Full name of the person visiting
- Contact information (email or phone number)
- Booking code, if applicable
- Preferred date and time or time window
- Depot you would like to visit
We’ll coordinate with the depot to check whether the visit can be accommodated. Please note that:
- Visits must not disrupt depot operations.
- Your preferred date and time may not be available.
- If the depot cannot accommodate the requested time, we’ll check whether an alternative date or time is available.
Once the visit is confirmed, we’ll provide you with the confirmed date, time, and depot address.
Please note: A depot visit does not guarantee the availability of a specific vehicle, make, model, color, design, or year of manufacture.
