The nightly rate is made up of 4 key components:

1. Daily Rental Price
   

   This is the base price for renting the vehicle for one day. It varies depending on the vehicle model, the date of your booking, and the pick-up location.

2. Preparation Fee

   This fee covers the cost of getting the vehicle ready for your trip. It includes cleaning and preparing the facilities, so everything is in top condition for your rental. It varies depending on the vehicle model and the pick-up location.

3. Service Fee

   This fee supports the operation of our booking platform and customer service team, ensuring you have a smooth rental experience.

4. Extras, Packages, and Other Services

   These are optional add-ons to enhance your trip, such as: distance package, protection plans, early/late fees, cancellation policy types, bedding kits, among others. Protection plans vary according to model and location, meanwhile extras are fixed by location.

   • Early/Late Pick-Up or Drop-Off
     1. During Business Hours: If you request a pick-up or drop-off earlier or later than standard times, this fee covers the lost rental availability due to adjusted preparation times.
     2. Outside Business Hours: If you require pick-up or drop-off outside of regular operating hours, an additional fee is applied to cover the extra staffing and facility costs involved.
