Yes — you can get to know one of our vans before you fully commit. Two ways: take the model on a real trip first, then, once you've bought, a 14-day window to be completely sure.
Before you buy
The best test drive isn't a lap of the block — it's a real trip. Rent the exact model you're eyeing and actually live in it for a few days.
- Book a short rental — Reserve the model you're interested in on our rental platform.
- Send us your booking reference — Get in touch with your reference so we allocate that specific model to your rental — not just any van in the class.
- Hit the road — Experience the van exactly as an owner would, on a real-life trip.
After you buy
Once you've bought, you've got 14 days from the day you collect to drive it and get to know it. If it's not the right fit, we'll refund the full purchase price.
To keep your refund open: we can't accept a return if the van has been modified, altered, damaged, or involved in an accident since collection. It needs to come back in the same condition it left in.
