Marketplace fleet:
On our marketplace, hosts can select one of 4 cancellation policies: Super Flexible, Flexible, Moderate, and Strict. Please bear in mind that if the traveler cancels the booking, the service fee corresponding to the amount already paid is deducted from the refund amount.

Super Flexible Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel your reservation 14 or more days before the scheduled pick-up date, you will be reimbursed the whole amount you paid until the date minus the proportional service fee to the amount already paid. If you cancel your reservation less than 14 days and more than 48 hours before the scheduled check-in date, you will get a 50% refund of the amount you already paid minus the service fee. For cancellations made within 48 days prior to the scheduled check-in date, you will not be entitled to receive any refund.
Flexible Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel your reservation 30 or more days before the scheduled pick-up date, you will be reimbursed the total amount you paid until that date minus the proportional service fee. If you cancel your reservation between 30 and 14 days before the scheduled check-in date, you will be refunded 50% of the total amount paid until that date minus the service fee. For cancellations made within 14 days before the scheduled check-in date, you will not be entitled to receive any refund.
Moderate Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel your reservation 30 or more days before the scheduled pick-up date, you will be reimbursed the total amount you paid until that date, minus the service fee. If you cancel your reservation between 30 and 14 days before the scheduled check-in date, you will be refunded 25% of the total amount paid until that date, excluding the service fee. For cancellations made within 14 days before the scheduled check-in date, you will not be entitled to receive any refund.
Strict Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel your reservation 30 or more days before the scheduled pick-up date, you will be refunded 50% of the total amount paid until that date, excluding the service fee. For cancellations made within 30 days before the scheduled check-in date, you will not be entitled to receive any refund.
