Earnings = (Nightly Price × Rental Nights) – Platform Service Fees
You are in control: You set your own nightly rates and minimum stay requirements. When you set your prices in the Host Area, you will see your estimated earnings per night right away.
Platform Service Fees
We charge service fees to keep the platform running smoothly. These cover essentials like insurance, identity checks, secure payments, and account management.
Your exact fee depends on:
- Listing Type: Whether your listing is Regular or Price Parity.
- Rental Value: The total cost of the booking.
- Location: The country where your vehicle or company is registered (Rates vary across Portugal, Spain, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, the UK, and Sweden).
Note: VAT may also apply to these fees depending on your local laws.
When Do You Get Paid?
Payout Release: We send your money via bank transfer on the 2nd working day after the rental starts.
Bank Processing: It usually takes 3 to 7 working days for the funds to arrive in your account.
