There are two kinds of review at the end of your trip, and it's worth keeping them separate:
- Your handover review — a short, structured review you complete at drop-off. This one's required and time-sensitive.
- Public reviews — voluntary feedback you can share on Google, Trustpilot and elsewhere whenever you like.
Your handover review (at drop-off)
When you drop off your campervan, you'll complete a Vehicle and Experience Handover Review in your Client Area. This is your chance to put on record how the trip went and flag anything that didn't go to plan — a fault, a service issue, anything you weren't happy with.
It matters because this review is what we use to assess and process any refund or compensation you're owed. Completing it protects you: it's the record we rely on to review your trip fairly and pay out anything due. It's a required part of the drop-off process, so please take a few minutes over it before you leave.
If you skip it, we won't have that record — so any refund, compensation, or the release of your security deposit can be delayed, and we may not be able to consider a claim about your trip afterwards. Completing it also keeps your access to Indie Specials, Indie Deals and other loyalty benefits.
Sharing a public review
