Your exact depot address is specific to your booking, so it's shown in your booking confirmation and in your Client Area — along with a map link you can open for directions. This article shows you where to find it and what to expect when you arrive.
Finding your exact address
Open your booking confirmation email or your Client Area: both show the full depot address and a clickable map link. That map link is the most reliable way to navigate — the exact spot can differ from a general city-center search, so follow the pin rather than just the city name. Is pick-up in the same place as drop-off?
For most bookings, yes — you collect and return the van at the same depot. If you booked a one-way trip, your drop-off depot will be different and is shown separately in your confirmation.
Getting to the depot
Pick-up is always at one of our pick-up centers — not at the airport — and we don't run an airport shuttle, so you'll make your own way there. Most travelers arrive by taxi, ride-share, or public transport; it's worth planning that leg in advance and factoring it into your arrival day.
