Steps to resolve
- Check the charging cable connection. Ensure that the charging cable is properly connected to your van. Refer to the first picture provided for a visual guide on how to securely connect the cable.
- Assess power supply at the connection point. Confirm that the power station you're connected to has adequate power. Check both AMPS and VOLTS to ensure they meet the requirements for your vehicle to charge effectively.
- Verify charger activation. Locate the charger, which may be under the rear seat or under the bed, depending on your van model. Ensure that the charger is switched ON. There should be an indicator light on the charger, as shown in the image provided.
- Troubleshoot with an alternative cable. If your van still doesn't charge after following the steps above, try using a different charging cable. Ask another camper if you can borrow theirs to test whether your van charges with it.
