If you need to cancel a trip as a marketplace host, please notify Indie Campers immediately and provide proof of the reason for your cancellation. A penalty will be applied to your next payout to compensate for the inconvenience caused to the renter. The penalties are as follows:
- A 75€ penalty if you cancel between 30 and 15 days before the pick-up date.
- A 150€ penalty if you cancel 15 days or less before the pick-up date.
If your cancellation is due to one of the following reasons, you can request that the penalty be waived. To do this, send an email to rentmyrv@indiecampers.com with valid proof attached:
- Force Majeure, war, natural disasters, pandemics
- Failure or accident immobilizing the vehicle in question.
- Serious illness or accident with immobilization and inability to be present on the day of departure.
- Dead
