  • If you expect a delay, contact us as soon as possible via the live chat on our website by typing "speak with an agent."

  • Our team will notify the Operations staff and apply any late pick-up/drop-off fees if applicable.

  • Since the delay is unscheduled, you may experience wait times, and in some cases, the pick-up may need to be rescheduled for the next day.

For Private Host Rentals:

  • Notify your host directly as soon as you become aware of the delay.

  • Be aware that the host may apply additional fees for late pick-ups.
