Which documents and items do I need to bring?
It is time to pack your essentials for travel. While you do this please keep in mind that you will need the following documents and references for a successful pick-up:

Driving licenses from all drivers

Credit/ debit card with sufficient funds to cover the security deposit. The cardholder must be present at check-in*.

Passport / I.D

Booking reference
*In light of the current 3D secure protocols, please do not forget to check in advance whether your bank requires you to have any software or hardware (such as a card reader or token) at hand upon arrival at our warehouse, so that your security deposit can be effectively held or eventual additional payments can be made. What will happen at the depot during the pick-up?
At the depot there will be 7 steps to deliver the campervan:
- Document validation of booking owner and drivers
- Doublecheck extras and last minute purchase, if needed. *
- Mileage package, protection plans, or drop-off changes hour/date, can also be requested.*
- Share introductory information about tolls
- Hold security deposit according to the chosen protection plan
- Campervan introductory tour
- Photographic record of the campervan and customer feedback inquiry
- Contract signature

Marketplace booking
Which documents and items do I need to bring?
If you have a marketplace booking is possible that your host may require additional information to the documentation and items described. Contact the host before you pick-up.
What will happen during the pick-up?
At the depot there will be 5 steps to deliver the campervan:
- Document validation of booking owner and drivers
- Extras handling and payment
- Campervan introductory tour *
- Photographic record of the campervan and customer feedback inquiry
- Fill-out pick-up rental agreement
*Each host may have their own protocol of the introductory tour.
