What to bring
- A valid driving license for every driver on the booking.
- A payment card (credit or debit) in the lead driver's name, with enough available funds to cover the security deposit. The cardholder must be present at check-in.
- Photo ID or passport — required for international trips and where local rules ask for it.
- Your booking code.
Bring your original, physical documents
Photos, scans, and digital copies are not accepted at pick-up — you must present the originals. And complete your Online Check-in before you arrive: it's required to avoid additional fees, and it doesn't replace showing your physical documents at the depot.
A note on your card
Your bank's security checks (such as one-time codes or a card reader) apply when we hold the deposit. Check with your bank before you travel so you can approve the hold — and any additional payments — without delay at the depot.

What happens at the depot
Pick-up has seven steps:
- Document validation for the booking owner and all drivers
- Review of extras and any last-minute purchases — you can also upgrade your protection plan or adjust your drop-off time/date here, subject to availability
- Introductory information about tolls
- Security deposit hold, based on your chosen protection plan
- Campervan introductory tour
- Photographic record of the campervan and validation of your own vehicle
- Contract signature
