How to View Your Booking Details: Pick-up/Drop-off Directions, Transportation suggestion, Vehicle demo/user guide, etc.

In the Customer Area, you can access essential information about your booking, such as booking details, outstanding amounts, pick-up and drop-off locations for Indie Campers bookings. Follow these steps for a hassle-free experience:

Sign in

1. Log in to your customer account by clicking on the profile icon in the top right corner of the page.
2. Click on "My Bookings" to view your bookings.

Select your booking

• If you have more than one booking (past or future), go to the booking you wish to view and select it.

View booking information

Booking Summary (number of travelers, paid extras, outstanding amounts):

1. In the navigation menu (under the "My Booking" reference number), select "Booking."
2. Here you will find information on dates, hours, outstanding payments, and paid extras.
3. To modify your booking details, please check "How to Modify Your Booking."

Payment Breakdown (total amount, extras, fees):

1. In the navigation menu (under the "My Booking" reference number), select "Payment."
2. You will find a breakdown of the total price of the booking so far. If you want to pay the outstading amount, please check "Self-service: How do I finalize my second payment / remaining booking amount?"
   • Note: if there are not outstading amount, your booking if fully paid, and you are ready to go!

Pick-up/Drop-off Address and Suggested Transportation:

1. In the navigation menu (under the "My Booking" reference number), select "Trip."
2. Scroll to see the Pick-up and Drop-off locations.
3. Click on "Pick-up/Drop-off Directions" to display the address in Google Maps.
   1. Suggested transportation options to the pick-up address are also listed.
   2. Tips for a smooth pick-up and drop-off are displayed on this page as well.

Vehicle Demo, Features, and User Guide:

1. In the navigation menu (under the "My Booking" reference number), select "Vehicle."
2. Here you will find:
   • A demo video with an introductory explanation of how to use the van's features.
   • A detailed features list.
   • Note: For Nomad 2023, a user guide containing essential information to operate campervan features is available for download. Guides for other models are being developed.
