Refund eligibility depends on the cancellation policy selected at booking. Indie Campers offers both a Basic Policy (included) and a Super Flexible Cancellation Policy (optional). Only the Super Flexible Policy guarantees a full 100% refund, including the cancellation fee, if you cancel at least 30 days before pick-up. Cancellations up to 8 days before receive a 50% refund, and up to 24 hours before get 5%. Same-day cancellations are non-refundable.
