Yes, the interior must be cleaned before drop-off. This includes removing trash and leaving the van in a tidy state. Exterior cleaning is not required. Check our Van Cleaning Guide. If the van is returned in poor condition, a cleaning fee may apply. Review the Drop-off Requirements in your booking terms.
We will inspect the cleanliness of the van. Please ensure the following:
- The grey water tank is emptied.
- The black water tank is emptied.
- The kitchen kit, tables, chairs, and surfboards are cleaned.
- The fridge is turned off, emptied and minimally cleaned.
- Excessive dust inside the van is cleaned.
- All trash is taken out.
