How to become a Super Host
To earn the Super Host badge, you must meet two main criteria.
Listing quality
- Make sure your host and listing descriptions have at least 150 characters. Use this space to paint a vivid picture of the experience guests can expect when booking your motorhome.
- Include at least 6 high-quality images that showcase your motorhome in its best light, helping Travellers visualize their ideal holiday.
Listing performance
- Response rate: Maintain a high response rate by promptly replying to all Traveller inquiries, both requests and messages. Communication is key to helping guests plan their trip effectively.
- Reviews: Encourage guests to leave reviews after their stay. Positive reviews build trust and credibility with future Travellers.
- Cancellations: Minimize cancellations whenever possible, and offer alternative solutions when they're unavoidable. Clear communication and understanding can help reduce the impact of a cancellation.
