No — Indie Campers places no restriction on driving to festivals or events. You're free to take your campervan wherever your trip allows.
The things to check aren't ours — they're the event's and the local area's. A little planning here is the difference between rolling straight in and being turned away at the gate.
Check these before you travel:
- The event's vehicle policy. Many festivals need a specific campervan or live-in-vehicle pass to bring a van into their camping area — a standard entry or car-camping ticket often won't admit a campervan. Confirm the right ticket before you set off.
- Height and size limits. Some event and city car parks have height barriers a campervan won't clear. Check your van's dimensions against the venue's access before you arrive.
- Overnight parking near the event. During big events, parking is often restricted and enforced more tightly than usual. Park only where it's legally permitted.
