Steps to Resolve:
- Locate the Window Sensor: Find the window sensor located near the inside table, on the side opposite the Truma Heater. Identify the tiny black box which is the sensor itself.
- Please check that the window in question is locked when completely closed and is activating the sensor.
- If issue persists, place a small, firm object such as a piece of folded paper over the sensor area to apply continuous pressure. This can help the sensor detect the window as closed.
- Check the Panel Indicator: After adjusting, look at the TRUMA panel. If the error code is gone, the error is cleared.
