If you're experiencing issues with charging your campervan, please follow these steps to ensure everything is correctly set up:
1. Check the Charging Cable Connection
Proper Connection: Ensure that the charging cable is properly connected to both the van and the power source.
2. Verify Control Panel Indicators
- Green Light: Check the control panel for a green light on number 11 (could be another one in your van, but always a similar icon). This indicates that the system is receiving power and is ready to charge.
3. Ensure Adequate Power Supply
- Power Station: Confirm that the power station you are connected to has sufficient AMPS/VOLTS. An insufficient power supply can prevent the van from charging properly.
4. Check the Charger Status (Electrical hardware)
- Charger Light: Locate the charger under the rear bed or rear seat (depending on your van model). There should be a light on the charger indicating that it is powered on, and the switches facing upwards.
5. Test with Another Cable
- Alternative Cable: If the van is still not charging after following the steps above, try using a different charging cable. Borrow a cable from another camper and see if this resolves the issue. In case you purchase or rent a cable, please send the invoice of that expense on chat, and we will initiate immediately the refund process.
